Dr. Michael Alan Yergler, MD

Dr. Yergler was extremely rude, took no time to answer questions, and was unclear on my PT schedule. After speaking to others I have heard that my experience is not uncommon. I saw Dr Yergler for a shoulder surgery and I am having complications. Avoid at all cost.

Dr. Yergler did a reverse shoulder replacement on my left shoulder six weeks ago. I have had no pain for the last five weeks and started therapy today with great results. Dr. Yergler did rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder eight years ago and it is 100% today. Bob DuBois

I am never one to write reviews. My experience with Dr. Yergler has been one of the most terrifying experiences. He has no patience to answer any of your questions or address any of concerns. Even his staff is always quick to get you in and out. I do understand that they treat and see many people daily, but Dr. Yergler is quick to get inpatient with you and to have an attitude for no reason. If you have any questions, you are looked at as an inconvenience. Dr. Yergler seems to only see dollar signs. He has left me with terrible scars and infections, even though he performed laparoscopic surgeries. (I wish there was a way to provide pictures) Before one of my surgeries with him, he was such a rude person not only to myself, but to my family as well. Going into one of my surgeries, I laid on the table and looked around and saw a medical student in there. I did not sign any consent forms for a medical student to be in there. I stated that we had visitors in here and then they asked for… verbal consent. The student was already suited up, so I stated that there was no point for the individual to leave. My concern is if I would have never saw the student, would they have even disclosed it to me? Also before going back into the surgery there were many inappropriate jokes made by staff. For example the anesthesiologist stated that he was sober today. I will never have Dr. Yergler perform another surgery on me again.

He has got to be one of the worst doctors out there totally told me he could fix my rotator cuff I told him two other surgeons had refused to work on because it was so bad they thought I should wait a few more years for a total shoulder replacement as I wasn't 65 yet. i tell me they wouldn't do it because it was so bad he said oh but I can do it maybe they couldn't do it but I can do it he didn't do it it's still the same and it's two years later it's still hurts me every day every hour every minute I had another MRI done and it is just as bad as it was before so I don't even know if he did anything. I went to talk to him about it and since I wouldn't pay my $40 co-pay they wouldn't even let me see him I was

Dr. Yergler is a very good doctor. Takes pride in his work and very good at it. He cares about his patients. Dr. Yergler helped me get back to life. I can not thank him enough for what he done for me.

This guy is a doctor for the money. Worst bedside manor I have ever experienced. I don't feel confident with him preforming surgery with me if this is how hurried he is.

I drive two hours to see Dr. Yergler as he is very knowledgable of the connective tissue disorder I have. I learned the hard way from my first hip surgery from a different doctor and now I wouldn't let anyone else touch me.

The one thing that stood out was how comfortable I was when I meet Dr. Yergler. His professionalism, attention to detail, and patient care was outstanding. I knew that he would get me back to the active life style I enjoy. Thanks Doctor Yergler and staff for all you have done for me.
