Dr. Mark Wisthoff

As a new patient I scheduled a well visit to get acquainted with Dr. Wisthoff. At this visit he ordered blood work and we decided I would return the next day after fasting. When I arrived to the lab the next day they did not have any orders from Dr. Wisthoff for the blood work. His team was unable to contact him and I had to return another day. When Dr. Wisthoff called me with the lab results, I shared what happened regarding his lack of follow through. He made no apology and when our call ended, he failed to hang up the call. I heard him laughing about it with his staff. Yesterday I emailed him at 11:25am, 3:30am and again at 10:59pm regarding an accident I had on Monday to request a tetanus shot. It is now 8:32am the next day and I have not received any response from him or his team. When I had Kaiser insurance they were very prompt in responding to their patients. I am now calling his office to schedule a time to walk in for the tetanus shot today. Currently on hold… for 13 minutes! My experience with this doctor has been very frustrating and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Had knee injection. He was patient and answered my questions. Made me feel comfortable during the injection.
