Seriously POOR on all accounts - still looking for a competent doctor in the area

The lady setting appointments was extremely rude on more than one occasion. She claimed that my insurance was invalid and insisted that I pay up front. Upon checking with the insurance provider I was told that there were no records indicating that the lady in question had even contacted them. My insurance was, of course, valid and the claim was paid imediately. The office manager refused to discuss the matter. All in all, a very bad experience.

Dr. Woods is nice, but he and his staff lied to me about taking my insurance, and told me that he was "in network." After racking up hundreds of dollars in bills that my insurance will not pay because he is considered out of network, I finally had to leave. They were rude when I tried to talk to them about discounting my bills because they had not been honest about being in my network.

I was not very impressed with the NP. Felt that she only wanted to push medication, and was not a good listener. Have not met Dr. Woods yet.

Dr. Woods is AMAZING! He listens and is very easy going. His nurse, Chris, however... completely different story. VERY argumentitive, offensive and rude. If Dr. Woods didn't completely make up for the attitude Chris has, I would have found another doctor. The rest of the staff is wonderful, and that helps as well. I would definitely recommend this doctor to ANYONE, if only he would get rid of Chris!!!

Great with kids. Entire office is caring and actually fixes the problem.

I was needing to see a doctor that could care for me and my entire family - and I found him. the clinic is in a great location, beautiful and has good staff and convenience. I will not go anywhere else for my family's medical care.
