I had severe knee pain another orthopedic dr said I had torn cartilage and needed my knee scoped. Went to dr young and found out within minutes I needed a total knee replacement. I cant thank him enough for saving me from a unnecessary procedure. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

After a surgery on my wrist, Dr. Young said everything was perfect even when I could not move my hand or open a bottle of plastic water. When I asked for a second opinion, I found out it was a wrong surgery. I needed to go for a new surgery with a REAL hand wrist specialist doctor and got almost 100 % movements immediately after surgery. I do NOT recommend Dr. Young for hand/wrist fracture.

I meet Dr. Young with in a few months of moving here. He has done all of my orthopedic surgeries. I trust him to do what is needed. That is the reason I came all the way back from Amarillo after a motorcycle wreck to have him repair my ankle.

Very rude and arrogant, diagnosised me with a tibial fracture and a meniscus tear, didn't want to help me, kept wanting me to follow up with him every 2 weeks to tell me to follow back up in 2 more weeks, couldn't tell me when I could go back to work, when I would heal and get back my quality of life, never explained nor educated me on my knee injury, never gave me a proper knee brace when I asked, he dismissed me and my condition. I made the worse mistake to be his patient for 10 weeks for him to only order 3 MRI's. Ended up seeking a 2nd opinion with a different orthopedic Dr who could help me to correct my knee injury properly and professionally. Stay away from Dr. Young!!!

He fixed what another bone Dr messed up. Been 100% ever since! Great guy, good Dr.!

Dr. Young cares about my health and the amount of pain I've experienced. He wants the best possible outcome for me and is not quick to jump to a surgical conclusion when there may be other options to explore.

Provided me with information that was valuable. Liked his attitude and demaner.

I had Ulnar Nerve Transposition surgery. Dr. Young performed the surgery and I am very satisfied with the results. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

I had a motorcycle accident and this doctor was the on call physician. I really like him as he explained what damage was done to my knee and he did not do unnecessary procedures. He is very personable and takes time with you in his office. I highly recommend him.
