Dr Zoller is terrific. His office staff is rude and does not return or acknowledge phone calls. I had an appointment which I cancelled because I was going to be out of town. When I got home I had a $20 missed appointment bill. I quickly called the office and told them that I had cancelled and was told not to worry about it they would handle. After 6 months of getting the same bill and calling I have now been told to "prove" I cancelled the appointment! I have made repeated attempts to resolve this issue and have gotten no where with the staff. I am sure Dr Zoller does not even know how is staff has caused the loss of a patient. Loved the Doctor - unfortunately his staff has let him down.

Every time I call for a problem, they always fit me in the same day. I recently took my son for his first appointment away from his pediatrition. They gave me a new patient appointment the next day and were appologetic that they couldn't fit us in that day!

First of all, Dr. Zoller was excellent and I highly recommend him. As a first time patient of his today, I felt he was attentive, engaging in conversation and you can tell he's listening to you. As for the staff, they must have renewed their entire office staff because from my first phone call to the office then the "window greeter" at check-in, throughout vitals and prep for the doc, not one disgruntled staff member did I encounter. Even the girl that came in to take blood never stopped smiling. Okay, so there you have it, she never stopped smiling! Wait ... that wasn't a bad thing either. Anything bad at this visit? The waiting room was cold ... okay; please consider yourself blessed to feel the compassion of this doctor and his staff.

Dr. Zoller is great. Office staff is terrible. After 20 years with him, I'm going somewhere else.

The front office staff are rude and lazy, especially when it comes to authorizing refills on prescriptions or communication with your pharmacy. They treat you as if you are a complete inconvenience. Because of continued problems with them, I have had to wait days on refills on medications I cannot skip without great risk, even when requesting refills three weeks in advance. Drs. Zoller and Price are great, and that is the only reason I continue to go, but I am seeking another physician because of the perpetual issues with the staff.
