Have been trying for days to get to the check-out page, but have not been able to finalize my most recent order. HELP!!!

I transferred my prescriptions from a different Meijer pharmacy b/c Kettering has done a better job in the past. I called on a Monday, they said to give them until 3pm on Tuesday, I didn't hear back from them but that was ok. On Wed. I got the call they were ready but didn't get there until after work on Thursday only to find out they could only fill one b/c my insurance would not pay any longer for me to use a local pharmacy and I had to use the mail in pharmacy. That is ok except for the fact that I was OUT and the did NOT call me to tell me so I could get it filled in time so I have been out of it for several days now. It was very frustrating to me and they could not give me a good reason why they didn't call other then there was a note in the system to call me but no one did. This was very poor service in my opinion and I am very disappointed.
