Dr. Marla Elaine Sevilla Alsina, MD

Dr. Marla Sevilla has been my doctor for 3 years now. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, super attentive, and caring. She thinks through medications before she prescribes, she replies to messages, she is always involved in any decision regarding my health. She ends every visit by asking if I have any questions and she makes sure all my concerns have been addressed. She is an amazing doctor and I highly recommended her.

Got referred to her for having my thyroid blood test come back low. Couldn't get in to see her until 4 months later. After I got into see her, she was more focused on my mental health and my cholesterol, which I told her I was already seeing someone for. She kept going on and kept trying to tell me that essentially if I exercise I won't be tired or depressed. I told her I have tried that and it doesn't work. She asked me to go get more blood work done (same exact tests I had before) because the blood work wasn't recent enough. I got my blood work done almost 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything. I messaged her twice and also called the dr. office and the MA left her notes and I have yet to hear back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!

This doctor will sadly string you along for years.. always wanting to complete another bloodiest. Always ignoring patients request, concerns and even gives poor answers and insight when she's not to busy. She'll give you a new dose then forget about you till 1 hour before your next appointment. She has no love, she lacks feeling genuine... and the worst part is, she'll tell you SHE'S BUSY! when you message her about your very high dosage of a drug. Steer clear of this doctor. She absolutely has no care or remorse for her patients. We are all $$$ to her. Next!

Lovely and caring. Not rushed. Listens attentively. Takes time to explain. Extensive knowledge and experience. Just a great helpful experience.

I had craniopharyngioma. Removed. Marla to be endocrinologist. For the whole first year of my recovery she had my testosterone levels at that of a 80 year old me. I'm 29. This lead to obesity, breasts, all kinds of pains, spine issues, insomnia, mental issues. I was fired due to not being able to recover correctly and quickly like they all said I would. I had to beg and kick and scream to have her put me on hgh therapy which she finally did 9 months from Orginal complaining. She has single handedly ruined my life. I now have to move back with parents because being her patient has ruined my life. I used to be physical, run, working out weekly, everything gone because of her. Stay away from Dr Sevilla.

Highly recommend her, very sweet, and she takes her time to explain you everything! It’s a blessing that I met her!
