I saw Dr. Courujo today on an 'urgen't basis, for the first time. Ease of getting the appointment, the check in and the time with the doctor were all excellent. She was kind, professional and made me feel very comfortable. She called me later within minutes of getting some test results.

I have seen Dr. Corujo for several years at the Jamaica Estates Center of Advantage Care Physicians of New York (formerly Queens-Long Island Medical Group). She has given me prostate exams and has ordered urinalyses and urine cultures as appropriate, and prescribed antibiotics whenever needed. She has also given me outside referrals to her colleagues for consultations.

Arrogant, unprofessional, uninterested in the patient. Hard to believe this person has a medical degree or a professional license.

Dr. Corujo was excellent in getting my medical history and deciding where to go from there. She did seem a little rushed but it did not impact the quality of care at all. She probes further and asked more questions in the areas she felt could have contributed to my symptoms and explained all the possibilities thoroughly.

This may have been my worst experience with a physician .... very abrupt and visibly annoyed when asked every question ... just cold to the point of being rude and aggressive ... I don't know what experience other patients had that gave a good rating ... but I was so disappointed and upset by her seemingly uncaring manner ... and had the constant feeling of being rushed and not concerned with my condition...
