She doesn’t seem like she cares, kinda cold. Not personable at all. She barely examines me. She actually seems kinda uncomfortable herself when I’m there. I tell her of issues I’m having and she brushes them off. Went in for an MRI, got the results back that showed I have mild arthritis. She only followed up with me thru a generic letter telling me that I have mild arthritis, she didn’t give me any next steps, tips, hints, tricks, nothing. She’s an internal med doctor who does paps as well, but she’s extremely rough, & it makes for a very uncomfortable experience. When I had Covid & went to the er I was able to do a follow up video call with her and she did review my X-ray & prescribed me meds for the double pneumonia I had that made me feel better & took me off of work for 2 weeks while I recovered. That is the one positive experience I had with her in the last 3 years that I’ve been going to her. Every other experience I left just feeling like I wasted a copay. But after Covid… she never followed up, didn’t want to make sure everything was good after. She never sent me anything to let me know what to expect, or when to expect to be clear off the infection, or when I should be concerned. I ended up going to urgent care to have another chest X-ray to make sure everything was good, & to get follow up care from them.

My rheumatologist retired. Saw Dr Kennelly for preclearance surgery; she removed me from all fibromyalgia/chronic widespread pain. Treated me like I was a drug addict. Had been managed for on same meds for 20+ years. I took meds as prescribed. I have hip replacement in 5 weeks...this is going to cause me more problems than trying to recover from a hip replacement and fibromyalgia that will be untreated.

Worse experience I have had with a doctor. Doesn't listen, lack of concern, did not address the issue, misdiagnosed, didn't explain medications, didn't spend any time with me, didn't examine any possible problems that I had. I would suggest not wasting your time.

It is nice to know that Competence is not going out of style with the lack of insurance plans through employers. This doctor still treats me the same, with or without insurance. Thank you.

She seems to always stay late or come early if I need an appointment. She is my Baby's pedi. I chose her over the office's Pedi.

Kennerly misdiagnosed my broken leg in 2008, telling me it was just a pulled muscle. She also asked me if I abused drugs (which I do NOT!) Turned out I had a tibial plateau fracture of my left leg and a broken sternum. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!
