Dr. Welch is a wonderful human being with amazing skill. She performed my lower blepharoplasty exactly as promised. I look natural, but better! She is a perfectionist, and she delivers first-rate care, with first-rate results.

I finally read over my records after having a less than ideal experience with her & being insulted for expressing a concern, her records are full of inaccurate statements & clearly this all goes unchecked. I think it's time to file a complaint with the medical board.

I had a bilateral Mastectomy & Dr Welch did my reconstruction. All I can say is she took care of me like I was family! She made me feel so comfortable. Having breast cancer is a really hard thing to handle & she got me through the hardest time of my life! I recommend her to anyone!!!

She is lovely until she is questioned about the work she has performed or problems that arise, then you will see a very different person. She is going in too many directions at one time which causes mistakes and/or poor judgement.

She is very friendly when you meet her. I traveled quite a distance to see her based off of other's good reviews. I knew right after my surgery I was not going to be happy and when I addressed it with her she became very defensive. I had an Insurance covered procedure so I paid for an additional procedure. I did not get what I paid for and she certainly wont admit she was wrong. I should have just stopped payment (since I had to use credit to pay for it) but I expected her to make it right. Aside from that I am now going to another PS needing scar revision from the actual medical ins covered procedure i had with her as well. I wont be able to afford what I paid her to do again, but I am thankful the Insurance agrees their part needs to be fixed. She knows I am unhappy and has not bothered to reach out. An expensive lesson learned.

A true professional! Doctor spends all the time needed to answer your questions and concerns both before any procedure and during the procedure! Something that most doctors do NOT do!!!
