Dr. Marlon David Gilbert, MD

I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Gilbert. The nurse, while taking all the vitals, ask me to sign a document that I would not take an influenza shot. Given there is no reason for me to sign such a document, I told her I would prefer not signing. The nurse left for a while and returned telling me (with sympathy in her voice) without the signature the Doctor said he will not see me. Who does this person think he is treating his patients like kindergarten kids and wasting my precious time?

Being 68 years old and having had several surgeries at Boston"s finest hospitals Mass General and Brigham and Women's ..I have encountered many doctors...never have I had a doctor who delves into every detail and is so open and frank without the snobbish attitude as Dr. Gilbert. He is truly a gem. One of the finest and best in the country. I feel blessed to have him.

The most down to earth dr I have ever seen. Always available to his patients no matter what time of day or night.

I was seen by this doctor for few years, am very happy I found one who cares, knows what he does, works with you and for you. Staff is wonderful, warm , helpful. I would highly recommend this doctor for everyone who wants great care .

wait too long when u have an appointment. then he tells you things to scare u like u have to quit smoking. look if your old enough to smoke then u know the risks

Finally found a Doctor and staff who actually put their patient first.

He did not rush me and then called the next day to see how I was doing.
