When choosing your Dr be careful to select someone you can count on all the time. They have the potential to change your life even if they seem nice. It doesnt mean they will take responsibility when they dont do the right things or even say they are sorry.

I, along with my little sister love Dr. Francis like family!! She was absolutely awesome throughout both of my pregnancies and my nephews coming into the world! She also was great with being honest, understanding, patient, loving and,...well i just cant say enough about her! I envy her, she is the person and the doctor i aspire to be!!I love you Dr. Francis! ro

Would not trade her for nothing....She is the best their is and I would recommend her to anybody.

I have been seeing Dr Francis for approximately 4 years and everytime I visit her, she makes me feel as if I am her only patient. I felt so cared for by her, that when it was time for my daughter to begin seeing a gynecologist, I took her to Dr. Francis. She has been just as wonderful with her as with me.

Dr. Marra Francis maybe a good OBGYN but you will regret ever going to her. She is listed as a Aetna HMO provider, but she does nothing for Aetna HMO members. They will actively try to make you change your HMO to a PPO. Dr. Francis will make you obtain/request referals by yourself...her nursing staff will do nothing. This is not your responsibility...this is the responsibility of the nursing staff...there are a slew of insurance codes and much more that is required for a referral. That's why they get paid the big dollars. If you make a mistake like I did and forget to remind her and her nursing staff to use Aetna HMO contracted and qualified labs and providers. You will be stuck with $1600 lab charge. And if you file a complaint with your Insurance provider, Dr. Francis will retaliate and refuse to treat you and tell you to go find another OBGYN. She is a very unprofessional person. This has caused us considerable stress and anxiety. BEWARE - WARNING USING THIS MEDICAL PROVIDER FOR… ANYTHING.

Dr. Francis is one of the best OB doctors I've been to. She makes you feel like you are her most important patient and always spends more than enough time with you answering any questions you have. She checked me out of the hospital when I had my first child and I was so impressed with how caring she was that I went to her for my 2nd baby.

Very sweet doctor. Takes her time and gets to know her patients as if her friends. Makes you feel very relaxed and hugs alot!!! I think she is very compassionate and this makes for a wonderful physician experience!!!

Dr. was running 1 1/2 hours behind schedule. Dr. was rushed and made assumptions instead of asking questions. Prescribed HRT without blood work to verify dosage or condition.

Dr. Francis is amazing! I used to be so scared of going to an ob-gyn until I met her, I went to her for annual check ups/ birth control and then finally for my first pregnancy and will continue to see her throught my next ones. She's an amazing doctor who cares about her patients like they are family!
