I visited Dr. Marrie last Tuesday for the first time and really like her. She is definitely an expert in her field and is very candid. Her waiting room was calming...it felt like sitting in a cozy living room, and Rita at the front is SO nice. I hardly waited for my appointment and felt like we spend just the right amount of time together. I highly recommend Dr. Marrie if you are looking for a PCP who knowledgable, timely and efficient.

Rude/ horrible bad side manner

Besides being extremely rude on my last two visits to her office. On my final visit I heard her talking about my private life with her office staff. And telling them how weird she thought it was. I’ve never seen a doctor more unprofessional than this woman. I would not recommend her to anyone.

she may not be for everyone: traditional, straight shooter, fast, efficient, and still flexible with a personal touch ( need a quick appt. , have to change payment details last minute-- nothing she and her staff cannot handle. . Doesn't spend the money on ambiance, but on her patients.

Rude Dr. I went to see her and just because I didn’t go to another Dr. that she suggested she refused to help with my company paperwork.

Dr. Marrie Richards is the rudest doctor that I have ever encountered. I called her office and I asked for the manager boss and she put the doctor on the line. Dr. Marrie Richards begins to tell me that I was bothering her and I don't speak proper grammar she then hung up on me..... very rude

I do not know how she got the reputation of being smart. She is awful. Dr Richards is more concern on looking cool than the patient. I feel that she treats women disrespectfully while treating men super-friendly. My appointment was after lunch and I had to wait a long time. It seemed she was late from her lunch break and also she spent lot of time with the previous patient. However, she almost did not spend any time with me. She was also pretty rude. She did not explain things and did not explain why she was asking for some tests, although I asked her. I went to see another doctor and she could not understand why Dr. Richards had asked those tests. When I was leaving, she run into a male patient and she was all smiles and laugh, like flirting. In my opinion, she has a superiority complex with women and an age complex too. Pretty sad. Obviously I did not go back and I would not recommend her at all.

Terrible bedside manner.

I have been going to Dr. Richards over a 35 year period. She is a no nonsense doctor. She is a bit outside the typical medical personality and I like that. She is obviously not in it for the $$. Your connection with your physician is what you make it. She can seem abrupt but I don't take it personally. If you are sick she will do everything she can to find out why and treat.
