Dr. Marsha Jayne Turner, DO

She seemed uninterested and un-sympathetic. She spoke to me very little and searched on the computer for some time without communicating what it was she was doing. I completely guided the appointment. She did not provide the type of care I would hope to receive. Showed no concern whatsoever.

As a new male patience I contacted Dr. Marsha Turner office for an appointment to evaluate pain in my left arm. Also, treatment and monitor my COPD symptoms. After a six week wait, the appointment with Dr. Turner comprised of a referral to a sport medicine physician and referral to Premier Allergy. Her prognoses: she did not specialize in either of my conditions. This was a total waste of time. I'm very much disappointed with her service. She's FIRED. Besides Premier Allergy does not monitor COPD patients.

I Feel a coldness from her. She makes me feel like I'm wasting her time. Last time she was a bit cocky! She has kept me wait forever, but the office tells you to show up 15 minutes early. figure that one out? Not sure if i'll go back.

I called the doctors office with a concern and was told that the doctor could treat such. When I get into the office, the doctor had pulled my obgyn records from another doctor without my permission. I told her that I had been treated in another state for many years for my expressed concern and she said it wasn't necessary for those records. She told me she would not write the script but wanted to talk to my obgyn further and would get back with me friday. My obgyn has nothing to do with this, she said well she has seen you for the last year. yea for my private parts, not for my mental anquish. Anyway, I didn't hear from her friday and now it's monday and again, nothing, I'm having to reach out to her. She has not been professinal in the least but has someone else from the office call me to tell me it's my fault cuz I didn't do what I was told.. I asked, what was that and was hung up on. I don't know what it is about this lady, but I guess you have to be related to her or know… her to get the meds that you need. you think she would b more concerned for my past records diagnosing the problem then to speak with my obgyn that has nothing to do with it.. I will go to the Ohio State Medical Board on this lady. she is nothing but a waste of time and isn't obviously concerned at all about the patients needs and concerns.

Dr. Turner has been my primary care doctor for about 7 years. She is awesome. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who really cares about you. She takes the time to listen to what you have to say and to answer any questions that you have. They just don't come any better than this.

Dr. Turner has been my primary care doctor for about 10-12 years. She is a great doctor. She takes the time to listen to you, answers questions, calls you back, etc. She tells it like it is and I appreicate that.I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr.Turner's for years. She has always been professional in very manner. I would highly recommend her and her staff!
