Dr. Balk is very professional. I have been seeing him for several years off and on. He will ask you your concerns and really listen to you. I also like that he gives you options for your care. Leaves it to be your choice. I also want to comment on his pleasant smiling staff at the Jefferson office. Every time I have gone there, they have gone out of their way for me. The ladies at the front desk really have it on the ball. They explain the surgery procedure, the time, insurance info, and follow up visits. I highly recommend going to Dr. Balk.

My overall experience at Dr. Balk’s office was very positive. I have no complaints. I was very satisfied with the visit and the results. The day before my appointment, I completed the online pre-check-in. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist said she already has my info and thanked me for completing it online. Thank you, Dr. Balk and staff!

Dr Balk did not rush the appointment. He took the time to listen to me and to comprehensively explain everything. I would recommend him to anyone seeking this type of medical consultation and/or subsequent corrective action.
