Dr. Marshall Taibok Kim, MD

I've been going to see Dr. Marshall for over a year and I'm really picky about who I see. I give him 5 Stars because he listens, tells you everything about what he finds as he is looking at your eyes. He gives you advice on what he suggests you need and is not pushy. He lets you decide. I was afraid to have laser done for my glaucoma but, after about 6 months I decided to do one eye. It really helped the pressure in my eye. I will be going back in a month or so, to get it done on the other eye and I've even convinced my husband who has had a bad experience with eye surgery to give him a try. I love the atmosphere there and I recommend him to anyone who has glaucoma.

Dr Kim is really great dr. Always kind and has a cool personalities.

I was referred to Dr Kim's office to obtain a second opinion. I did not mind Dr KIm, and he basically told me what I knew already. However, his office manager was very rude and impolite. Rather than talking to me privately, about my condition, she announced it in front of the other staff and the patients in the waiting room. And was very condescending when I asked her simple questions to clarify things, There was no way I was going to return to that office for followup!
