Be ready to wait 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room. He never spoke to me directly, as he had six interns in the room my first visit. He was in "teaching mode". The prescriptions he insisted I take sent me to the ER. Never again.

My family and I were patients for a number of years. The wait time to see Dr. Sack was always, always long. As time went on, our time is precious and could not give that kind of time in the waiting room. He is a very caring physician and back then loved the staff. With working outside of the home, unfortunately we had to move on to another provider due to the wait time. If this matter ever gets resolved, we would consider returning to the office.

I have been going to Dr Sack as my family Dr for many years. Always good to see him even when I am not feeling well.

Over prescribed pills, my son died from prescriptions given by dr sack, 90adderal and another 90 Adderall 1month later, needs to be stopped

Expect to wait for someone who is as skilled as Dr Sack. The reason for the long wait is because he actually cares and listens to his patients. If this was not true then you would be in and out in 20 minutes.

Doctors sacks and Staff for someone who worked in a doctor's office for 15 years I understand the frustration. However when I called to cancel an appointment that was never written down I was told that I was not going to get my prescriptions filled unless I paid my money which was 25$ I was there for a med check almost a week ago and doctor sacks forgot to send in one of my main important prescriptions did not realize this till Friday night I caught my medicine 1/2 and waited till Monday I understand your staff is busy they don't like when you call about prescriptions but since they tell you they check it only once A-day at 8:00 a.m.. I called the front desk to let them know I've been out of my prescriptions and could somebody please call them to day no response all day. Call My pharmacist Tuesday she agreed to call the office for me since nobody would respond. I actually had to call the emergency line Tuesday night because of prescription that was not sent in Thursday night. So let… me ask you this how about you take off that $25 for the inconvenience you have put me through for almost a week. Again not blaming anybody in the staff but This is medication that is needed If your office is that busy things should be reviewed. And stop worrying about your $25 that you need for people that don't call in.

Every time I’ve been in to see dr. Sack, the wait time is an absolute joke! Plan on waiting 4 to 5 hours from your scheduled appointment time. I will never go back to this horribly run operation!

In my experience, Dr. Sack, as well as Amy (P.A.) and Dan (N.P.) are all incredible providers and do an excellent job on both professional and interpersonal levels. Despite the staff having to deal with a constant influx of front-desk issues and calls from patients, they do as excellent job at managing the day-to-day chaos that comes with that profession.

Dr. Sack treated me for bipolar disorder 2 in 2012 and I have been stable ever since. I spent 20+ years living with symptoms until my therapist recommended Dr. Sack. After about 2 months of medication adjustments for the first time in my life I felt stable and healthy. He is a miracle worker! The wait is long at times, but it’s because he doesn’t turn people away, and takes whatever time he needs to help you. If you’re in crisis, you get that same attention. He won’t rest until you’re well because he cares and he knows he can help. Psychiatric meds can be tricky, but he’s got the expertise and experience. He is a life saver!
