Dr. Marta Cecilia Lacayo, MD

I have been going to Dr Lacayo for about 1 year now, and she has totally changed my life! When I came to her, I was really just looking to lose a few pounds and gain some energy. After she reviewed my blood work, we discovered I had hormone and vitamin imbalances. I started my program with her and I really do feel so much better than I ever thought I could!

I was running late because I had to fill out extensive paperwork...believe me there are no health issues with me, just wanted to lose five pounds and go on bio identicals...they want to run every test imaginable for extra $$$$$$ big time!!! I have worked out daily for years and their "machine" said that I was thirty percent body fat...impossible!!!!! I have a body of someone much younger...lift weights, run, etc and am careful about what I eat...I do not smoke, do not ever drink ,have never even tasted coffee ...okay ...get this....I was starving so I grabbed lunch to take with me...she acted totally annoyed and hateful that I was eating...I had a salad with spinach, green pepper, onion, tomato, grilled mushrooms, chicken, and cucumbers ...no dressing and a diet coke....she said that I would definitely have to change if I "wanted" to be her patient...she said that the vegetables probably had pesticides all over them and asked me if it was "organic"....then she asked me if I had… stomach aches as a young girl...I have had maybe five stomach aches in my entire life!!! She said I had all the telltale signs of someone that was gluten sensitive....of course everyone knows not to drink diet coke...I am human, not perfect....she is a dictator, with a hateful know it all full of herself demeanor...if you want to believe you are sick or are looking for something to complain about and spend your money on, definitely by all means....this is your woman...I personally prefer a Doctor that was educated in the USA...just sayin....

Because Dr. Lacayo listens carefully, she knew something was not right and did additional testing which was an early detection of my Leukemia. I'm 69, have AML and after 5 weeks at Boca Hospital I am home and doing well. I wouldn't be alive if it weren't for Dr. L and Dr Adler.

This doctor was recommended to us by my aunt's doctor when he was preparing to discharge her from the hospital. He said that she took care of his father at Manor Care in Delray Beach Florida and that she doesn't miss a thing because she is very thorough. He said a lot of doctors recommend her to take care of their patients when they go the the rehabilitation center because she is the director of medicine and is there daily. She was indeed very good. We even asked her to take care of our uncle when he was sent to Manor Care later on
