MARTA E. OTERO, PsyD is being subcontracted to do QTC examination for V A disability claims. Veterans be a ware and request a copy of your examination if it is done by MARTA E. OTERO, PsyD. I requested a copy of my examination she sent to the V A concerning myself. She was subjective and attack my character by writing at the beginning of the interview I was cussing about other reviewers. Why she wrote this I don’t Know. I reported to her a tragic event. When I got the copy of my examination she sent to the V A, it was written in such away I sounded like I was in coherent and confused. This was not what I told her. Finally, Veterans be a ware and request a copy of your examination.

Otero is arrogant, unprofessional, callous. As an educator, I was extremely bothered by her manipulative tactics and demeaning tone towards my children. She has been known to suggest military school for several of her patients and parents have shared with me that their children really started suffering following visits to Otero. The damage to my family can not be undone. Although my children saw her years ago, I am troubled by the fact that she is still practicing. I would opt for zero stars if that were a posting option.

Dr. Otero was court ordered to see my children during my divorce from their father. Though more than normal drama was introduced into an already stressful time, Dr. Otero was remarkable. She treated each child with compassion and knowledge. She was unbiased and was dedicated to the children, not to either of us parents.
