Dr. Martha Ann Dempsey, MD

My husband had an accident which resulted in a couple broken ribs, which we were aware of. He had taken a hard hit to the shoulder, we were told there was a little bruising to use it so it wouldn’t freeze up on him. ONE WEEK LATER, we received a phone call stating that my husbands AC joint in his shoulder was separated and classified as a grade 2 possible 3. So, being that he was misdiagnosed, he is now having to have surgery to reconnect his clavicle.. I wouldn’t recommend this MD to anyone.. You can clearly see the separation in the x-ray! It goes to show that she didn’t take the time to even look over it!

Down right rude and staff also.

This office was the best experience I had ever had with a physician. The staff was all so polite and helpful. I have had a chance to see both of the doctors in the office and I feel very confident in both of them. I really could not ask for a better office to go to. You can bet I will be a patient there as long as they will allow me to be.

I just moved to the area and this Dr.came highly recommended by several people I had spoken to, so I decided to make an appointement. When I tried to make my appointment, I was transferred to 3 different people before anyone would take any information. Then I was scheduled 3 weeks out because I was a new patient. A week before my appointment, a machine called to verify and asked me if I wanted to keep my appointment. I said yes. When I went into my actual appointment the receptionist rudely told me I was supposed to have been there 30 minutes early because I was a new patient. I told her that no one informed me and she stepped out for a moment and came back and told me that the machine says that and that I no longer could have my appointment and she would have to reschedule me. I have been a new patient at many offices and its never been an issue to fill out paperwork while waiting for the Dr. My father-in-law was also a patient there and when I told him of the incident, he said that… she tried to turn him away for his appointment as well, but he had saved her messages so that he had a leg to stand on if she did try to turn him away(wish I had known to do this) then he said while he was waiting the receptionist turned away ANOTHER patient. If this is what people have to deal with when going to see Dr. Dempsey, I'm really surprised anyone gets past this horrible woman. I will not even attepmt to see this Dr. because of her. Such a shame that someone with such a bad attitude is in the business of helping people.
