Love her!

She is down to earth, takes time to ask me questions and listens.to every thing I have concerns about. She's been the best Doctor I've had in a long time. She's good to explain treatments.

I am very disappointed with my experience not only with the doctor, but the office staff as well. The office staff is rude; especially one medical assistant who thinks she knows it all and leaves in- complete voice messages. During several visits, I feel the doctor is not listening when I tell her about my diet, etc. It's like her focus is on the computer, not on me. I do not have the trust nor the faith in the doctor well as her staff anymore. In two occasions, I have dealt with requests/referrals where these requests/referrals were handled in a timely manner. I will be looking for a new primary care physician who cares about their patients.

My insurance requires referrals and authorizations for specialists to come from the PCP. It takes too long to get them submitted and most of them have errors requiring them to be submitted again delaying care. My patient history on the patient portal is wrong and not what I provided on my patient forms.

Will not be visiting again. Dr Sanchez-silva gave the up most attention while in the doc office and was prescribed an antibiotic for a dog bite. Called later that week after a short vacation as I had left my antibiotics at the hotel. Called seeing if she would call in just 3 days worth. Took the nurses aid 3 days to call me back only to find out Sanchez said no. Plus I had to call everyday during the lapse of the 3 days. Dr made me feel like my dog bite was the end of the world so why was additional antibiotics turned down?!

She was very attentive, not in a hurry, encouraged me.

Not at all impressed. Especially with staff at this office. It's all about money not people
