Summary
I was born and raised in Czechoslovakia, where I graduated from medical school in 1996. I relocated to the U.S. after I was given a sponsorship opportunity by distant relatives. I completed my family medicine residence in Roanoke, Virginia in 2003. Prior to joining NCFP, I spent six years in Sunnyside, Washington, practicing full-scope family medicine.
I put my expertise to work at NCFP in 2009. I enjoy family medicine because it gives me the opportunity to take care of the whole family. My approach to care involves educating patients and advising them to make their own decisions. What I love most about working at NCFP is the people I get to work with every day.
I am an avid cyclist and snowboarder. I have a penchant for excellent food and I occasionally like to indulge in the finer things: chocolate, an excellent glass of wine, or single malt scotch. I also cherish the time I spend with my daughter and wife, and my faithful pup, Remy.
