Dr. Martin Kelly Jones, MD

Front office employees couldn’t care less about you and act as if you are a nobody. Dr. Jones has horrible way of talking and explaining himself and his actions. They may have a beautiful and peaceful office setting but, that doesn’t make up for there lack of communication, responsibility and lack of human compassion.

**super long because I want to make sure everyone knows how amazing him and his office staff are and make sure that I answer any questions that I have seen asked or cover any negatives that I have seen stated** I am on my 2nd pregnancy with him (delivered in May 2017 and now delivering in a little under 2 weeks). I will choose him if I have another baby too and for any other issues that may arise! He is an excellent doctor! He is very thorough and precise! He is not much for joking or small talk or anything like that, but that is because he is extremely professional and wants to make sure he is doing his job without any errors! He will draw you directions on what to do for blood work and how to get to the location of the blood work or ultrasounds or whatever he is sending you off for (his drawings are very well known with his patients)! Every concern or question I have ever had, he has answered and taken very seriously and that is extremely important to me! He cares about doing an… excellent job and that's exactly what I want from a doctor! I have extremely bad anxiety, especially when it comes to medical places, and ask way to many questions but he has never lost patience with me for it! He takes my questions serious! All his staff and nurses are super kind, friendly and professional. Whenever I have an appointment his staff will call and remind me about 24 hours before and if I don't answer they leave a message to make sure I have a reminder. I have even had to cancel last minute due to sickness or whatever and they accommodated me right away and are very understanding. The waiting times are the best I have ever had. I think the longest I have been in that office was 30-45 minutes (including wait time) for my first pregnancy appointment. For anyone that has had a baby knows that very first appointment will be the longest anywhere you go. I have two young children that I do not always have someone to watch when I have appointments and he has always let me bring them to appointments and never seemed like they were a problem. They have books and some small toys to keep them busy during your appointment. And for all you moms, you know how waiting rooms can be horrible with young ones that are active, his is not, there is a fish tank and by the time your children are bored of that, I have been called back already. Sometimes we don't even have time to look at the fish tank and we are called back. It's seriously amazing how quick the wait times are. My husband is 31 and was delivered by him, so he has years of knowledge and experience as well! I have never had an issue with him. I seriously have nothing but good things to say about him and have always been treated amazing by everyone there. If anything changes, I will update this, but I know it will not because seriously he is the best doctor I have ever had!

We couldn't have asked for a better doctor. He was concerned for my health before, during, and after my pregnancy. Exceptional. We love him. I'm sad that we moved away! Thank you so much, Dr. Jones!

Went to him for four years. Delivered my daughter a month ago. Worst experience ever. He was rude and hostile the whole delivery. Yelled at me treated me like I was stupid, refused to give me an epidural. Then rammed his fingers in my bottom without telling me or asking me. Also refused to tell me when he was giving me shots of lidocane to numb me before he sewed me up. I am filing multiple complaints anywhere I can. He has SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH HIM. I'm scared because he has my information like my address. He is a sociopath!!!! DO NOT GO TO HIM!!!!!!!!i have PTSD because of him.

I couldn't have asked for a better Dr. love the way he showed concern through out my whole pregnancy . I've never had a Dr. who would go through so much trouble to listen the patients concern the way he did. Dr. Jones Thank You

I have used Dr. Jones for several years and I think he's a very good dr. He has helped me with GYN issues and did my hysterectomy 7 yrs ago. He is very caring and informative. He also keeps up with changing news on HRT and always makes it a point to let me know of information that might be helpful to me. I've been to many GYN's thru the years and he has been one of the best!

I am not satisified with the front staff. They are very unprofessional and rude. Check in is good but when you have to check out the lady acts like it such a pain in her butt to get you an appointment and then she makes youe feel as dumb as a box of rocks. I had to reschedule due to work conflict and when I called they said that was the only time they had and never offered another day and when she did she acted like it was a bif problem. I also have a problem with not returning phone calls in a timely manner. Just because its not a big deal to them , its a huge deal to us.

Just a great doctor all around. People say he is rude but hes not. Now he does tell you the truth even if its not what you want to hear but he is a great doctor and have referred him to a few people.

This is the best OB-GYN i have ever been to. He is very caring. Explains everything to you in great detail so that you understand everything that you are about to endure, whether it be pregnancy, cancer, anything. He's just an all around good doctor. He doesn't treat you like your just a paycheck to him. He treats you like your a human being, which is how all doctor's should treat you, but unfortunately that's not the case. But i would highly recommend this doctor to anyone that asked me.
