Dr. Martin J Kerzer, DO

after 10+ years I have had it. The office staff here is the WORSE. They do not answer the phones and when they do it is ATTIDUDE. It is like I am interrupting their day. They TRICK YOU to sign a form to say you will pay $80 for missing or cancel appointments, but then they make changes last minute and do NOT send you a check for $80. I had a 5pm appoint and they called my house at 9am that day to tell me it was cancelled. Problem was I was at my work not at my home. Can leave a message and NO one calls you back. Today they told me to text me before I came in. I did and 20min later I was still waiting in the car for them to respond. I had to call to find and they said just come in. When I cam in they then called me on my cell. Little did I know they called my house phone to see where I was. (DUH again) When I got inside two of them were texting on their own cells other then doing real work. The turn over in this place is bad. Never recognize the same person twice there.

I have been seeing Dr. Kerzer as my primary doctor for over 30 years. He is the best doctor and I'm glad to have him. He takes extremely good care of me. He always cares about how I am doing, asks me to send him an e-mail after surgeries, and always sends me to the best specialists when I need one. He does run a bit behind on his appointments but he's worth the wait!

I have been going to APCM/Dr. Kerzer for about 20 years and highly recommend this practice. They explain things in English, spend enough time and are very accommodating if you have an urgent need. Although Dr. Kerzer is my primary doctor, I would also like to give kudos to Julie Rousseau, nurse practitioner, as well as the rest of their staff. A+ to all!

I've been seeing Dr. Kerzer for several years now after my father had seen him for more than twenty. I can see why my father was with him so long, he's a great doc and I'm glad to have him.

First of all, I waited 2 HOURS to see Dr. Kerzer for the first time. I waited all this time in agony being so ill, just for this "doctor" to tell me he HIGHLY doubts I'll ever find out what's wrong with me (that wasn't the only time he stated this.) He could've at least pretended to care to listen and actually wrote down some of the important information I was telling him. He then said to "Get over it and move on with my life" I was so beyond disgusted and hurt by this. I will never go back and so I continued my search for a compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable doctor and 2 months later I've been diagnosed with 3 illnesses!!! Don't waste your time and your money on someone that doesn't care for their patients!!

I first saw Dr. Kerzer when I moved into the area and needed a new doctor. I wasn't expecting much and maybe thought it was just a placeholder but that was 12 years ago. My health always feels like his top priority when I see him and I can't count the number of times he's improved my life over the years.
