Dr. Martin Philip Lanoff, MD

Dr Lanoff explains procedures well, answers any questions before the procedure and keeps you informed during the procedure. He has enabled me to avoid surgery and function well. He is a very caring doctor.

I was called one hour before my appointment and told my appointment has been cancelled because they do not accept my insurance. I have Medicare and Aetna Advantage. To call one hour before my appointment is unacceptable in my opinion. Office person was rude and insistent that I was not covered Even though I confirmed with Aetna that the procedure was approved. The doctor may be very good but wouldn’t know since I couldn’t see him.

Dr Lanoff is excellent. I have been a patient of his for many years. He spends a lot of time getting to understand your issues and has superb diagnostics skills. He clearly explains what he finds, and what the treatment plan will be, and what to expect. I highly recommend Dr Lanoff.

Here is a doctor who takes his time to truly listen & give great care. My father never needed back surgery after the injections from Dr Lanoff even though that was what another doctor said he needed. He is down to earth, upfront and honest. I did need surgery, but I tried Dr Lanoff and received tremendous relief from my back pain until I made surgical arrangements.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Dr Lanoff. He saw me in a timely manor and was able to alleviate my back pain. My husband is a former patient of Dr Lanoff and can not say enough to recommend him!

Dr Lanoff diagnosed my double AVN in a matter of minutes. I had seen multiple doctors and was being treated for a variety of illnesses with no resolution. Dr. Lanoff checked my range of motion and ordered an x-ray done in-office. Upon reviewing the x-rays, he immediately diagnosed me and recommended I have double hip replacement ASAP. Fast forward to today, I am 100% better and off of ALL meds and living life to its fullest. Dr. Lanoff is a genius!!!

Dr. Lanoff is an outstanding doctor. He is friendly, caring, listens attentively, explains everything, and is an expert in his field. I am so grateful that my surgeon sent me to him!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an MD. DO NOT go to this guy. All of the bad reviews are true. I question the five-star ratings. Probably all written by his family and friends. Plus, the staff yelled at me for being late (I wasn't). I was shocked by the entire experience. He did nothing to help my daughter, who had been in a car accident. She had whiplash with neck and back pain. He suggested that it was all in her head. Then he proceeded to put her down for her choice of college, and brag about his own kids. As if I care about his kids. My kid was in pain, and he basically said she was a liar. The appointment with him was appalling and demeaning. DO NOT waste your time with this arrogant creep.

Legs are much better from stenosis of the spine.
