Because Dr. Saltzman is committed to providing the best care for each patient, he continues to attend Continuing Education to stay up-to-date on the most current discoveries in the specialty of Endodontics and also in the field of Dentistry. In keeping with this professional pursuit of excellence, Dr. Saltzman completed a Dental Implant Externship from the Midwest Implant Institute and intensive training in Intravenous Sedation at the Miami Valley Hospital.
Dr. Saltzman has been in practice for over 15 years and has performed over 9,000 endodontic procedures. Quality of care and caring service for our patients are top priorities.
Dr. Saltzman is a specialist member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), the American Dental Association (ADA), the Louisiana Dental Association (LDA), the Greater Baton Rouge Dental Association (GBRDA), the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), the Southern Endodontic Study Group (SESG), and Continuing Dental Education of Baton Rouge …(CDEBR).
To give back to his profession Dr. Saltzman served as Treasurer of the Greater Baton Rouge Dental Association (GBRDA) for 6 years and as Secretary of the Continuing Dental Education of Baton Rouge (CDEBR) for 2 years.
Dr. Saltzman is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor teaching Endodontics, Comprehensive Dentistry, and Intravenous Sedation at the LSU School of Dentistry.
Dr. Saltzman enjoys spending time with family, travel, fishing, LSU sports, and studying the Word of GOD.
