Dr. Marvin Arenstein, DO

Dr. Arenstein is great but management sucs !! it took 4 (four) days to refill my medicine :(

Love Dr. Arenstein. He has been cutting back his hours but I love, love, love his new office space. 1st Class!

If anyone knows where Dr. Arenstein is please tell me. You will be seen by a nurse. I love his nurse, she's wonderful BUT I don't believe he is practicing in that office EVER.

I've been their patient for several years, mostly for convenience reasons. They open the office at 8:30, so you can get an appointment before the regular work hours, and they also collect lab samples on site, sparing you a trip to the lab facility. Unfortunately, the quality of care keeps going down. There is a big churn of doctors/registered nurses, meaning that you'll be seen by another doctor or nurse on each visit. Once the lab results arrive, they'll just call you up to pick up prescriptions, without any explanation or discussion. After having the same experience several times, I gave up and changed my doctor.

"After numerous visits to this practice they could not diagnose my illness. They blew off my symptoms, as if I were making them up." THEY DID THE EXACT SAME THING TO ME i was attempting to explain to dr. arenstein that i was experiencing both depression and physical ailments. he immediately put me on antidepressants and ignored the physical ailments i was describing, almost laughing about it. he even told me to just get a job. not only did the antidepressants make my problems worse, his actions convinced me my problems weren't real. it took me a while before i figured out a severe head injury i had a long time ago was causing problems. go to the italian restaurant next door if you need medical help before going to dr. arenstein. at least they have some semblance of family values and compassion. what a terrible doctor.
