Dr. Marwa Kaisey

I want to start by saying the staff was excellent. The people in the front were kind and helpful, but unfortunately, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I recently had MRI findings consistent with multiple sclerosis and had an appointment with Dr. Kaisey. When I asked her about dietary modifications/supplements, she replied, "No, and don't listen to anyone who says there is." I wasn't expecting an elaborate response, but a simple response about vitamin D levels, decreasing sugar intake, etc. would have been helpful. After my appointment, I spoke with office staff to get a note for modified duty at work. As an ICU nurse, I feel my work environment is too high-intensity with my condition, especially with a new diagnosis. A few days later, I received a call from her assistant, stating she "only gives doctors notes to patients who are bedbound." I was shocked by this response. I ended up switching my care and have been much happier there. I would seek care elsewhere.

Dr kaisey it's one of the most thorough doctor's i've known, and a great human being who is very easy to talk to.

The doctor did not remember me and at least should have read about our previous appointment.

The fellow did all the exams, answered the questions etc. The Dr. Came in for 5 minutes and told me all was fine based on fellows exam.

The worse neurologist I've seen in a sea of terrible neurologists. Not only does she lack compassion, she's also expensive, and spends less then 15min with you. You spend more time with her assistant than you do with her. I could tell she didn't like me after 5min. Horrible person...

Worse doctor ever. Unaware of medication side effects. Doesn’t care about patient suffering. Worst provider at Cedars Sinai.

I never had an experience where a doctor had a nasty attitude from the moment they met me, until I met Kaisey. Anytime I had an issue she told me to talk to one of my other doctors about it. She’s far more engaged with people on her social media, than actual patients. On social media she says she’s accepting to patients and questions but then tells you not to contact her on the Cedars app between appointments. That’s what the app was created for! Lazy, extremely cold, and not helpful. I recommend going to a different healthcare profession, as there is nothing professional about Kaisey.
