Dr. Marwan Ismall Zheiman, MD

Daughter had seizures and admitted to hospital. Could not remember anything. This guy came in a talked to her with no respect. Telling her I have kids your age so answer me. Scared her so much and when we went to answer he threw his hands up and said I’m talking to her. I guess if I was the dad he would of never done that. He has the worse bed side manner and will let my primary doctor know not to refer anyone to him. Especially since he rolled his eyes when I told him who he was. I guess after 25 yrs he needs to retire since he forgot that his field is to help people and not treat them disrespectful.

Dr. Zheiman provided good care and took the time to listen. HOWEVER, the office manager is rude and disrespectful. She does not return phone calls and talks over you as you try to explain your situation. I DO NOT recommend this Drs office because of the poor management and blatant disrespect.

the weight is usually more than 2 hrs

Taking his time and explaining every detail that a lot of neurologist skipped. He is very knowledgably very well mannered. His staff are professional and courteous .I recommend this Dr. especially in epilepsy and pain management.

Please, please Don't take your loved one to this place. They office staff is unorganized, rude and plain out unprofessional. This is part of a doctors office is so important. The wrong information and you or your loved one could really be hurt. Please, take the time to go somewhere else.

He spends so much time with my mother, it is fantastic. His sensitivity with her needs is amazing. I have been with her to other physicians, but he is the most considerate and caring.

I saw doctor in the hospital and was recommended to do a follow up with him. Called his office a couple of days after hospital discharge and was told they will get back to me they never did. I called a week later, got the answering machine, left a message....no one return my call. Called the next day, got the rudest person ever who informed me that the doctor is booked up for the next 2 months and there is nothing she can do about it. Took my number and claimed she would call me back....still waiting . Doctor seem like a nice person when I saw him in the hospital but is going to lose patients because of his staff

I Tried to get an appointment with the office and the receptionist/ Dr. Wife Was very rude saying that I cancelled an appointment and I didn't. After going back and forth for a few minutes without any arguments. Dr. Sherman gets on the phone and says that they will not be dealing with this and if I didn't want to come to be see by him it was fine by him and hung up on me. RUDE!!!!!!

My wife saw two other doctors before Dr. Z who diagnosed her relatively rare disorder. He always spends tons of time with her. He explains everything and really takes carte of his patients. His office staff is polite'ish. No frills from them but they'll get you what you fast enough. However, you'll wait an hour, easy, for your appointment. To us, with his knowledge and bedside manner, its worth it.

The Doctor visit at me in th hospital. He is a very caring doctor and made me feel hope for the visit in Winter Haven Hospital, that i may get the help I need to get well. He is a very Doctor!!! Congratulationds
