Dr. Mary Beth Alexander

I see another review that states exactly what I was going to say. Dr. Alexander spoke to me like I was the village idiot! I have a very strong health/science background however she spoke down to me and when I asked questions, she acted as if she did not want to waste her time to answer them. I fired her without hesistation. My son still goes to the practice but I will not allow Dr. Alexander to see/treat him.

Dr. Alexander is a good Dr. She and nurse are to the point, get you in & get you out, but does listen to the child and Dr. Alexander took the time to help my child understand what was going on by drawing a picture and expalining the importance of "helping mom take care of you" (the importance of blowing nose and not sniffing). Even though my child had to get a shot, the nurse was helpful and quick and did not lie about what type of pain my child would feel. I prefer Dr. Alexander over the other Dr.'s I've had to see in the past when she was not availble during the time I needed.

Both Dr. Alexander and her nurse are rude and snippy! They talked to me (on more than one occasion) like I was a 1st grader. Their attitude has prompted me to switch doctors.
