If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your self the time and find a different doctor! I have lived in Grapevine my entire life and believe me when I say she is no asset to Grapevine. Mary Baiyer is terrible. They have no organization in the office no communication between staff and doctor. Which explains why they are excepting new patients and the other reviews. Leave you feeling hopeless when you try for a week to get meds and you get to the last day. When you call the doctor on her emergency line she is rude and a can’t be bothered.In her own words. It’s was my problem not hers. Who says that? I mean it is your job. They’re only open mon-thurs. Everyone would love to only work 4 days a week! Like I stated above unless you have hours to chase meds and want to be treated like trash find a new doctor!!!

Two appointments later and my daughter will no longer be a patient of Dr. Baiyeri. I could list a litany of complaints about her "bedside manner" in dealing with me as a parent. She was nice enough to my daughter and took time with us, but she seemed to me to be someone who will readily dispense meds and diagnose a child with either autism or ADHD. She tossed aside my two surveys, conversation, and teacher input as "subjective" and suggested that my child was on the autism spectrum. Both times she asked me if I would be happier if we left with a prescription for Concerta even though her data did not show ADHD/ADD. That seemed rather unethical! She apparently wanted to rid us from her office. More power to you if Dr. B is helpful to you and your child, but if you have a bad experience with her, don't say I and the other commenters didn't warn you.

By far the rudest Pediatrician we have ever seen and the worst doctor. She was rude to my husband and child. She didn't let us finish answering questions wrote a prescription and don't even allow us to ask questions about if just walked out.

She said my son suffered from anxiety, a second opinion a couple weeks later showed he had a tumor in his spine. He spent 72 days in the hospital.

I am not a satisfied client of Dr. Baiyeri and would not recommend her to anyone. My son has autism, adhd and sensory integration disorder, one would expect a pediatric neurologist office to be equipped to handle a patient with these disorders and yet they are not. The waiting area is sensory overload and there are no reasonable accommodations for a patient like my son. The first appointment we waited quite a bit but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. On the follow up visit, we waited an hour and 20 minutes, most of this outside because my son canâ??t handle so much stimulus in the waiting area and when I asked for the doctor, all three in staff looked clueless. The examination room has a sign stating that follow up visits are 15 minutes long, to be respectful of the doctorâ??s time but the doctor is certainly not respectful of the patientâ??s time. It seems that the doctor makes all appointments at the same time and the patient is the one who has to wait. Respect is a two way… street. If you value your time, donâ??t go to this office.

Dr. was knowledgeable and her diagnosis. She was kind and courteous to my son. Howeverstaff changed frequently did not seem professional at all. The ease of getting refill prescriptions called into her pharmacy was very difficult. After one week of no reply from this doctors office to get a refill of our medicine nor a call tomake a follow-up appointment which is requested by the doctor in order to get a refill on our meds we have decided to go elsewhere.

We have visited this office 3 times and every time we've waited over an hour past our appt time. Just ridiculous! My son had blood work done... I never received the results. 3 weeks later I had to call them only to find out that the blood was drawn incorrectly. When asked why they didn't call me with this info, the girl on the phone wasn't even sure if the dr had reviewed the results... After 3 weeks!!!! Every time we go in she tells us something different! And she will NOT give me a direct answer to my questions! Find another doctor... Do not waste your time!!!

I would never recommend taking your kids here. I was ok with the fact that she wanted to start my daughter on medication, I actually liked her manner with my daughter and the fact that she took her time speaking with me at length. What I have a HUGE problem with is the fact you can not get a return call from the dr. I called left a message, waited 24 hours called back left another message waited finally I called back and told the nurse I would just wait on hold until she was available if she is unable to check her messages. When a parent calls and tells you that the medicine you put a child on is causing them to be really physically aggressive and you do not bother to return the call I have a huge problem with that. This happened not just once but twice, and it has been over two weeks since I left the last message still no call so needless to say we will not be returning to her office. The office staff was not helpful at all either.
