Dr. Mary Kavanagh Barker, MD

I feel fortunate that Dr. barker is my physician. She really listens and takes as much time as is necessary. She’s very knowledgeable and always follows up.

Dr. Barker is not the most energetic doctor you'll ever see, but for an introvert like me she is easy to talk to and gets the job done. She's pretty friendly. When discussing a sensitive issue, she brought up a story that made me feel a bit better about my situation. I'd recommend her as a PCP to others. She is great about following up via email after labs, and also great at answering questions when you have them throughout the year so you don't have to go into the office unless you really need to.

Dr Barker has been my doctor for about ten years now. She is very thorough and takes the time to listen and develop a dialogue with her patient. She has a good sense of humor and is genuinely a nice person. She sees everyone in my family, and we all feel very fortunate that we are in her care.

Dr. Barker is a really great listener and never makes a patient feel they need to hurry. She welcomes questions and is very thorough. I feel lucky to have her as my primary care physician.
