Dr. Beaver is what every doctor should be. She is incredibly smart and sharp, no details were ever missed by her. After seeing several doctors of different specialties, I came to her. She was the only one that could figure out what was wrong with me. She listens to her patients and takes them seriously. Thank you Dr. Beaver for restoring my faith in doctors. Her nurse Kim represents Dr. Beaver so incredibly well. Every doctor should have a nurse like Kim who is compassionate and goes above and beyond to address patient needs. Kim is amazing and always gets the job done!

After 1-1/2 years on a liquid diet, struggling to consume enough calories and my health going downhill, I found Dr. Beaver. She performed specialized throat surgery which enabled me to eat solid food again and I am so pleased with the outcome. I have complete confidence in Dr. Beaver.

I had an appointment scheduled for a Wednesday, when I realized I had something that was in conflict with that time. So I called on Monday of that week to cancel the appointment. I should have just let it go. When the phone was answered I was asked if I would hold and then promptly put on Hold. Twenty-two minutes later, the "girl' came back on line and I commented on the length of time, she said "Ok" Not a word of apology nor condolence. When I asked to speak to the Office Administrator, she put me back on hold and there I stayed until I gave up, after another 10 minutes. This doctor obviously has far too many wealthy patients to take on any others. So I will be looking for another OUTSIDE of the ENT group she is with for my medical concerns. Don't waste your time!!!

Very attractive ..Quick to diagnose - does not like to spend time explaining diagnosis. Leaves room promptly after exam. Sends assistant with a prescription without detailing to patient. No chance to ask questions. I felt shoved out.

From first examination to surgery to almost full recovery have been accomplished in less than three weeks.Office staff and hospital personnel were all friendly and professional. Dr. Mary ES A Beaver, MD has been thorough in explanations, painless in examinations and clearly is an excellent surgeon and caregiver.
