Dr. Mary Frances Burgesser-Howard, MD

Appointment was supposed to be a video call, after waiting for 30 minutes, she called me and said she can do it over the phone. She asked me basic questions like she was reading through a check list but didn't bother listening to anything further I had to say about my symptoms. This woman should NOT BE WORKING on behalf of the VA for patients with Traumatic Brain Injuries . I have never spoken to such a careless doctor in my entire life. When I tried to explain further issues, she said "Yeah I'll have to look at your file" and that was the end of the phone call. Somehow, she wrote a report for me that was so inadequate, the VA is proposing to lower my TBI rating despite memory issues, headaches, migraines and other symptoms that have lasted for over 10 years now. I have never, EVER, ever left a review, especially for a doctor but I can't even believe this right now.

She dropped me ASAP when WC wouldnt pay out and I offered to private pay. She had me on pain medicine and when i couldnt get another doctor, she suggested that i go to rehab! What?????? She shoild have her license taken away.

My first appointment was a total waste of time. I waited over 3 1/2 hours just to get into a room, then waited an additional 1 hour to be seen by her. First impressions is that there is no professionalism in this women's body. After my long wait to finally see her. She comes into the room without even looking at my chart and asks me what I'm here for. After I explain my injury and tell her the results of my MRI she has me put on some cream, and one second later asks me how I feel. Like the cream works instantly! I waited all this time for her to prescribe physical therapy! Second visit two weeks later wasn't better! The office is extremely unorganized, and although the front desk ladies are nice it doesn't make up for the lack of organizational skill this office lacks. My last appointment was at 0930 and I was the first patient of the day. The dr didn't even walk into the building until 10:15 and I waited in the room 1 hour before she graced me with her presence. I only write this… review for this who are looking for a dr. With her skills. My advise is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Save yourself a few hours of your life and find a Dr. That cares about her business, your health and your time!

Honestly I am writing this review in the waiting room. I have been waiting to see her for over two hours. I wish Dr. Offices were like Dominos Pizza back in the day; 30 minutes or less or it's free! This is ridiculous!

Was seen by Dr. and was very unsatisfied. She did not take the time to properly diagnose me, and then she under diagnosed me. She keep-ed me from receiving treatment because she deemed it unnecessary. Had to reach for help to receive the treatment I needed. She was a barrier for for me to recover.
