Dr. Mary F Burke, MD

I have going to Dr Burke for many years. She is very attentive and make referrals as needed.

I visited Dr. Burke in May 2019 for my yearly exam. This has bothered me since then. She was cold and seemed like she was going thru the motion. Not her usual friendly self at all. She did her thing and I wanted to ask a couple of questions about an issue I had. She then told me I had to make another appointment if I wanted to talk. In the past 25 years I've been seeing her she has always took the few minutes to talk things over with me. I've been thru thick and thin with her as my doctor. I always thought she was awesome. I hope this was a one time thing, I will give her the benefit of the doubt. Everyone has a bad day! Hopefully the policies of the hospital changes has not done this to her ?

I will never go back to Dr Burke. I’m not sure what happened to her or what challenges she is currently facing but she was completely different when I first started seeing her two years ago. Her demeanor has completely changed for the worse. I’ve been rudely interrupted mid sentence, spoken to condescendingly, snapped at, and finally.... essentially kicked out of her office when she abruptly ended my appointment and announced that I should see another doctor. No problem there, Dr Burke. I have never in all my life been treated this way by a physician. If she is burned out or whatever, she should retire immediately. I saw her for a gynelogical problem, I can’t imagine if I was having a baby and been treated like this.

Dr. Burke is kind, carrying and professional. She talks to you not at you. Her concern is genuine and I'm glad she's my physician.

I cannot believe how terrible my experience was with her. Not only did she kick me out of her office, but she refused to answer any of my questions. Even though I have seen her before and had been a patient of her for about a year now. The nicest thing I can say is that she made sure I got my copay back, in cash too. Which is about the nicest thing I can say about her.

She is amazing! She's very kind, remembers everything about who I am and what we talked about at our last visit (a year ago!), and is very professional. I also hope that she doesn't retire for a LONG time, as she is amazing!

DR. BURKE IS SMART, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CARING. SHE TAKES THE TIME TO TALK TO YOU, YOU NEVER FEEL RUSHED. SHE'S THE BEST AND I HOPE (FOR SELFISH REASONS) THAT SHE WON'T BE RETIRING ANYTIME SOON.

She is academically excellent and also kind, compassionate, always appropriate and prompt

Dr. Burke has been a God sent to me. She saved my life. She is a very compassionate person. Thank you Dr. Burke for all you have done for me.
