Dr. Mary Dunson Burton, MD

Dr. Burton is very informative and easy to talk to. She always makes sure to be prompt and I feel safe with her presence and advice as a new mom.

Dr. Burton was rude and insulting to my 16 year old son. She has horrible bedside manner and told him he was obese. There is a good way to discuss making better choices with a teenager and she was not helpful or kind in talking to me or my son. She was condescending and made my son feel horrible. We were there to discuss a serious medical issue and she turned it into a lecture on his weight and eating habits (even though she entered in the wrong height and weight on the bmi table). She was also rude and insulting to me as his parent. My teenager son does not need to be insulted or made to feel like he is a "fat loser". I will never go back or subject my children to her!

I've had Mary Burton since my son was born 12 years ago. She is the best thing that happened to my family. Very open and comfortable getting to know you. She is great at what she does.
