Dr. Mary A Butterfield, DO

She has always taken her time to thoroughly examine me. She really listens. I like her so much. I referred another friend to her and she loves her too. Only sees geriatric patients now.

I was with my last PCP over 30 years. What a great transition.

She gave me a though physical and did not rush through it. I had some lab work done and she called as soon as she go the results and went over the results. I have a lot of heath problems with over 7 operations in the last few years. She was recommended to me by my previous doctor who transferred to another location.

Dr. Butterfield gives you the time to explain medical conditions & to listen to your problems. I recently was in-patient @ a local hospital for two nights. The send the discharge info to Dr. Butterfield & she called me within a couple of days to go over her concerns from the report & to set up an appt. with her for the very next day! Now that is a good doctor!!

My father was assigned to Dr. Butterfield when his doctor left the practice. Dr. Butterfield despite being contacted by a fellow physician that she was concerned about my father's dramatic weight loss and his complaint of stomach pain failed to see him. Had her Nurse practioner see him who told him to take otc prilosec and to call if it didn't work in two weeks. It didn't work, he called Dr. Butterfield- who called in a script for stronger heartburn medication. Less than a week later, he spat up blood and is now being treated for cancer in his stomache. He has had complications due to this. I called the office and Dr. Butterfield's receptionist was rude to me. Dr. Butterfield didn't even call me back. She only wanted to call me back after I made a formal complaint to the hospital.

Helped my mom get some excellent care for her anxiety and depression. Very careing with excellent followup. WE will be forever grateful.
