Avoid if you need anything more than blood tests

This woman is the worst Dr I have ever met with. She has an attitude that she is doing you a favor. She is impersonal, incompetent and downright cranky. Stay away unless you WANT anxiety just from meeting with her.

Dr. Callsen is helping me determine my treatment journey for mild hypothyroidism. You know how sometimes it feels like doctors aren't really listening to you and think they know better about what is going on? I didn't experience this at all with Dr. Callsen. She listened to my experiences and responded openly and kindly about the path forward. When I told the nurse I didn't want to know my weight during the appointment because it is triggering, Dr. Callsen completely respected that decision and did not mention any numbers or weight concerns during the appointment. As someone who's struggled with my weight for my entire life, this was greatly appreciated.

I will make this brief...check other sites for reviews of this physician. As awful they sound, I venture to write that these people are not exaggerating, based on my own experiences with the woman . She has no redeeming qualities that I have observed.

Wasted over a year coming to this woman with specific physical symptoms that got worse over time. Finally, diagnosed at Faifax Innova emergency on a blood test that gave me feedback in an hour. Finally found on dashboard heath chart that she had made same diagnosis 9 months ago. Never told me or followed up.

I'd rather see a veterinarian than this creature.

Dr. Mary Elizabeth Callsen is probably THE worst doctor I've ever seen in my entire life. She was rushed, probably due to her being an HOUR late to see me even though I had an appt. She also had absolutely no follow up regarding my test results. I had to chase her down 3 weeks later and still have not heard from her. Absolute worst, and I will never see her again.

Dr. Callsen is professional, clear and appeared unhurried. She is trustworthy and reliable in my opinion.
