office staff is completely ignorant when I asked to speak to the Dr they wont let me and say that will let her know what I want but its personal I don't want to talk to them I want to talk to my Dr. I needed a sports physical for my son and they would get him in for 3 months he needed it in within 2 weeks not 3 months from now I ended up having to take him to quick care and pay $75 dollars. I've told Dr Connolly repeatedly about her front desk people and nothing gets done about it. she told me if I need something to just ask to speak with her and when I do that the front desk people wont let me speak with her. my daughter was sick and needed to be seen and again they said they couldn't get her in for 3 months. I'm sorry but when I need to see a Dr I need to see one at least that week not 3 months from now. so what I make an appt for 3 months from now in the hope that I'll be sick and need to see her. I like Dr Connolly but the office staff is a joke and they need to get rid of the… whole staff and hire all new people that actually care and like there job. my husband wants to take the family to a different Doctor.i have a rare lung disease and I need to quit smoking now and I called to try and see her asap for Wellbutrin to quit smoking and again they wanted to give me an appt for 3 months. my pulmongist said I need to quit right now cause smoking is gonna make it way worse so I need that script from her asap. its the only thing that has ever helped me quit before and u try and tell her staff that and they don't care so I cant see her till may that's just messed up. something needs to be done about them asap

Office staff rude for no reason. It’s hard to get an appointment or refills on regular prescriptions- she is a nice person but the cons outweigh the pros.

Even before our world changed with this Pandemic, Dr. Connolly was very caring and thorough when I had any medical needs...routine or urgent care. She has gone above and beyond in following through with ongoing care. If she is not available then her Nurse Practitioner is just as thorough and you can tell they communicate well with each other. I have never felt that Dr. Connolly missed anything. Her pleasant manner puts you at ease but you can read her eyes and actions to see that she is a very well versed diagnostition. Her nurse and assistants are very compassionate as well.

Not Available when you need an Appointment because you're sick. You end up at an ER or Urgent Care. When you do see Dr. Connolly it's like going on Web MD. She does not do Routine tests without being asked. A Primary care Doctor I believe should after seeing you 4+ years should recommend testing as Blood tests, mammograms, etc. She is a nice person. But I need a Primary Care physician. I continue to go here because of her NP.
