I could not be more satisfied with the visit and care we received from Dr Daut and staff really outstanding service from start to end of visit-based on our visit would highly recommend

She is the worst human I have ever had to deal with. She is condescending and short-tempered, interrupts does not listen and accuses falsely. She stays in business because of supply and demand. She sits and looks at a laptop and you sit across the room behind a piece of tape you are to not cross. No exam room in sight. And if you ask for your records, be prepared to see all the lies she has on them about you! God help her if she ever has chronic pain because paybacks are hell.

She treats a person like a drug addict. I never failed a drug screen in my life. She is rude, belittling, and down right cold. Too bad she can't experience some of the pain that current and former patients deal with on a daily basis. I don't think she could handle pain like we have to.

Will not recommend her, she is short, demeaning, treated my poor mother very rudely and my mother is the sweetest friendliest person. Made her feel like she was begging, I don't know how she gets by with treating people this way!!!

I took my dad to see Dr. Daut on recommendation from his pcp. He has a degenerated disk in his neck and arthritis there also. She will manage all of his pain medication. Dad's 87, very hard of hearing, and had a mild stroke a few years back that's impaired his ability to process information at normal(conversational)speed. Dr. Daut was clear, kind, deliberate, and fully attentive with him. She has an intuitive quality that really stands out in comparison with the many other physicians I've seen work with my father.I couldn't give the doctor less than four stars for anything, but the office staff was just average, and they failed both doctor and patient in a crucial way. The single star for the follow-up is because the doctor directed that her staff contact a doctor she wanted Dad to see. We were told by a staffer that we would be contacted by that doctor's office to schedule an appointment. This didn't happen. I called Dr. Daut's office after about ten days and spoke with a staffer who… said she would check records and get back to me. It was just a few minutes before they closed for the day, so I expected a return call the next day. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for that call. I don't hold this against Dr. Daut, as this is a clinical practice with several doctors who share the same administrative staff. Dr. Daut is fairly new to this group. The address on this page is incorrect. She is with Northwest Senior Health. Dad's appointment was in Springdale, but at the Schmieding Center office of NWSH, which is not on or near Maple street.
