Dr. Mary Kathleen Francis, MD

I have worked in the medical field for a number of years and this comes with working with a wide array of physicians in many different capacities. Dr. Francis lacks basic human compassion with her horrible bedside manner and downright neglect, of you find yourself in a medical emergency attempt to avoid her at all costs. If you have the misfortune of having this doctor than be prepared for literally the worst experience you could imagine.

Horrible avoid her at all cost

I ended up in the ER tonight after a quickly progressing sore throat rendered me unable to swallow. Dr. Francis not only was easy to talk to and listened to every thing I had to say intently, but also was very well informed/trained. I have a lot of allergies and unique medical issues. Usually I have to explain the ins and outs of it and then they research to confirm, not this time...she knew everything and I was able to concentrate on the matter at hand instead of 40 minutes of explaining something that may not even matter. She still made sure to confirmed with me that what she was prescribing was something I didn't have issues with. Even if a doctor needs to research an unfamiliar case, they could do it with compassion and kindness but this usually isnt the case. I am so thankful that my experience tonight was with Dr. Francis because I felt bad enough as it was. Thank you Dr. Francis. You are appreciated.
