Dr. Mary Jacqueline Aragon Galang, MD

Edited a week ago Worst Physician ever! Dr. Galang and her team are a joke. They don't care about their patients whatsoever. Let me give you a briefing...I had a video call at 4:15pm on 5/4/26 mind you I know she runs late so I gave some grace, waited 15 min, 20 min then 30min next thing you know it's 4:41pm and nothing I call their office 4x and no answer I was finally fed up and left them a not so nice VM and because of that they discharged me as a patient. Wow, really!? Dr. Galang clearly does not care about her patients nor respects the time we have to take out of our day to only get 5 min of her time and is rushing you off the call. Trust me I could care less about her being my physician. It's the principal and disrespect from this Dr and their team. I have no problem looking for another physician. Dr Galang has run her course in this field and should just retire because she has no care in the world for anyone but herself. Thank you for discharging me as a patient !!

I really like Dr Galang but the staff acts like they don't care! They don't answer the phones or return calls and don't fax referrals to specialists Dr Galang refers me to, including hospitals for special xrays. I had to fax every referral I have received. At first, I thought it was the specialists office saying they did not receive the referrals from Dr Galangs office or perhaps it got lost in the paperwork. However, after it occurred no less than 4 times, I realized that although being told by Dr Galangs staff the referral would be faxed, it would not be faxed. I have informed Dr Galang twice of the phone answering problem but it has not been resolved.

One big thing about Dr. Galang is she is very proactively researching new medications. She saved my mom years of pain on cheap medication her old doctor used to prescribe. As for me I am very weary of my health so i find myself there often. Her nurses and staff are wonderful to work with. The biggest thing is we have a doctor who refuses to accept cheap and old fashioned ways of medicine. She is proactively looking for new treatments and new medication that is more efficient and effective for the patient.

I've been seeing Dr. Galang for over 15 years. My issue is with refilling my medications. The are not timely. I've been waiting over a week for one prescription, and this is not the first time! I called the pharmacy and requested the refill. I've called Dr. Galang's office twice. They don't return my phone calls. While I like Dr. Galang, her office is run poorly. I am looking for another doctor.

I love Dr. Galang. She is very thorough and doesn't hesitate to order tests or send you to a specialist if she feels you need it. I have complete confidence in her.

Dr. Galang listens attentively and asks pertinent questions to one's medical issues. She discusses thoroughly the benefits and/or side effects of any medications she prescribes. I wish I had found her when I first moved here. I find her to be kind and considerate and demonstrates great empathy to one's aches and pains.

Have been under her care for 5 years and am extremely happy with her assistance. I would recommend that you select her as your attending physician.
