Dr. Mary Allison Hendrickson - Quirk, DO

If you get treated by her, you are very lucky! She was my primary dr. for almost 20 yrs. I have not been able to find another like her. I wish she would come back to Texas.

Dr. Hendrickson takes the time to listen to her patients and make sure they are on the same page with treatment. She really cares about them and that's hard to find now.

I was referred to Dr. Hendrickson by another specialist many years ago. I was very pleased with how thorough my initial visit with Dr. Hendrickson was and how much time she spent with me going over my test results, recommending additional testing and the follow up and treatment plans. She would talk to me in terms that I could understand, not just medical terminology, so I knew what to expect every step of the way. She is very kind and caring but will let you know when you are not doing your part in taking care of your wellness plan. I always felt like she not only spent time taking care of the issues/reasons/concerns of why I actually had a scheduled appointment, but also would take time to ask about how life in general was going and would offer helpful advice. I am sad to lose Dr. Hendrickson due to her move out of state. I definitely have high expectations from any doctor I see in the future because of the experiences with Dr. Hendrickson.

I have gone to Dr. Hendrickson for over 3 years and there is not a better doctor in this area. She is absolutely the greatest It saddens me enormously that she is leaving this area

Dr. Hendrickson has been my Primary Care Doctor for over 10 years. She's the best Doctor I have ever had! She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and painfully direct, which is just the way I prefer my doctors to be! Regarding her office, she runs a "tight ship". When she is with you, you are her priority! Sometimes you have to wait awhile to see her, given the quality of care, I don't complain. She never hesitates to recommend a specialist when she needs assistance or clarification. I appreciate everything she has done for me and would recommend her in a second! Thin-skinned patients need not apply!

She is wonderful! Very caring with her patients, waiting time is minimal, and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Hendrickson now a bit over 18 months. She is a very good doctor. I have several serious medical issues and take a large number of different prescriptions and she can handle them all. And when I leave, she hands me the medical record for the day, weight, BP, temp, what we discussed and what we will do about it. If I ever have need of as trip to the ER for a serious medical problem, if I can remember, I can take these records with me so the ER doctor will know what has gone on.

BEST bedside manner I've ever had, and I have seen many doctors in my life. No one has taken more time to TALK to me and ensure I have everything I need like Dr. Hendrickson.

I used this doctor for 13+ years. She used to be wonderful, but her staff was always poor. She started having other docs in her office who I didn't like at all. Then, when I had my first serious issue, she referred me to a specialist. I was worried about a language barrier and when I asked about it, someone was offended and she sent me a letter stating she would. I longer be my doctor. Never called to discuss the issue or ask me about my concerns, just left me hanging in the middle of a health issue. Horrible horrible horrible. Her staff never got my records to my new doctor until my new doc called and applied pressure. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone.
