Dr. Mary Bess Jarrard, MD

The worst customer service I have ever received, anywhere, ever! Jarrad apparently doesn't care about this issue. They lady who answers the phone is embarrassing and shockingly inappropriate and rude. I'm not the first to mention this horrible experience as you can see. I've had great doctors who demand respect for their patients. Jarrad is not one of those. I recommend looking into internal medicine doctors in Atlanta or Gwinnett. It's worth the drive for quality care. Emory also has fabulous staff and doctors!!

I very like Dr. Jarrard! very competent, careful, etc. but the ex-receptionist, now at check-out, is just rude and visibly annoyed by patients.

I was so impressed with my first visit with Dr. Jarrard. She was thorough, caring and direct. When I left the office I had six sheets of documented results of my blood work, weight, height, vital signs, medications, immunizations, past history illnesses, family history. next appointments for follow up and what they were for. When was the last time you visited a Dr.'s office and left with all this information in your hand? I had finally found a doctor that cared and encouraged me to start caring more about myself. If you are serious about your health, I highly recommend her, if not...you will not get a star!

I was recommended to see Dr. Jarred but was very disappointed in how unprofessional the receptionist was. I even called twice to see if maybe someone else would answer the phone. When I told her what medications I was currently taking she quickly replied "what is that". She then quickly told me Dr. Jarrard did not treat pain management. This was very appalling since all I wanted was a physical. I did not mention anything about pain. Unfortunately she was a total turn off and made me decide to call another doctor.

I like that she is somewhat direct. Excellent bedside manner but doesn't sugar coat important issues.

Dr. Jarrard was recommended to me. Now I'm recommending Dr. Jarrard to all my friends. I know at least 15 people who use Dr. Jarrard as their personal GP. The highest praise I can give is SHE SAVED HUSBAND'S LIFE! Literally, if it weren't for Mary Bess, my husband would have died 5 years ago. I am completely devoted to her practice. I don't know anyone who has had a bad experience.
