Dr. Mary Susan Kiepert, MD

My husband and I love Dr. Kiepert. She is so caring and low-key. She spent time with me when I was interviewing pediatricians before picking one for my newborn. She never seems rushed at all and I love that she has her own small practice. The receptionist and nurse are both great. I never wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. Highly recommend her!

If you're looking for a pediatrician, don't hesitate to try Dr. Kiepert. She is smart, she listens, she spends as much time as you need, she remembers details of your kids, and on top of all of that, her staff is super nice and pleasant to deal with! I am so glad we found her.

I came here with my son based off of a recommendation. At first, it was pleasant. After a couple visits, the waits got longer and the doctor was shorter. After an incident with my son, I called to schedule an appointment and they THEN told me that I couldn't be scheduled because I owed a copay. No bills or anything had been sent to notify me. I called 2 weeks later to pay and they told me I couldn't pay because they sent me to collections. I promptly paid collections. I called again a month later to schedule and they said I couldn't because they didn't have proof I paid. They wouldn't accept my proof and insisted that collections provide it which would take at least a week. I call today, 11 months later, to schedule for my newborn adn they tell me that because they sent me to collections for $100 I didn't originally know of, I was no longer welcome. I am happily switching pediatricians.

I have been in this office more then one occasion, the first of which was not terrible, the Doctor seemed a bit put out that I was in the room during the exam, I am just the step mom. She was rude to me. She only looked at our little guy for about 30 seconds and walked out. The second time we saw the PA and he was even worse, he has filled out a note based on someone elses opinion rather then facts. This office is unprofessional and I will not return there
