Dr Kirk delivered my son and also performed my hysterectomy years later. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner.

I've gone to Dr. Kirk for years and never had a problem with her or her staff until recently. Every since her business has grown, her availability is rare. Her staff...I have never been treated so terribly to the point of writing a review until now. I am in a state of urgency to be seen because I have been bleeding so heavily for 4 weeks now and the only time I could be scheduled to be seen is tomorrow by a nurse...Although I do have respect for the knowledge level of her nurse, which as far as I know is just as much as the dr., I am still paying this money to see the dr. not a nurse. On that note, I tried to get my medical records released yesterday so I could be seen by a different dr. today because of the severity of the bleeding. Instead of the staff trying to make it easier on me, they argue that they have a month before they even have to give me MY medical records...If you are severely bleeding and have the opportunity to be seen that same day if you have your medical records for… the new dr but your current drs staff will not even help you out in the situation, don't you think you'd be a little upset? I get it, "by law" you have 30 days to get the medical records released, well at this point, with how terribly I have been in pain, I do not feel that I even have 30 days so tell me how am I supposed to take the news when you tell me that you wont even push for urgency in the matter of getting my release records signed just because I want to be seen by an actual dr sooner. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT A PATIENT AT ALL.

I'm a new pt and was made to feel very comfortable from the call to make an appt to the visit. Dr is willing to listen and address your concerns and answer questions without hesitation. Professional and knowledgable yet easy to talk to. Very happy with my new Dr:)

Iam a pregnant patient at all my appointments it takes almost a hour of sitting in the exam room to be seen. appointment flexibility is terrible. I had complications with bleeding and went to an ultrasound the baby was fine but they never called me back to help me figure out what else could be wrong so when I called, the nurse told me "since I keep complaining she will have to make me an appointment " also I decided to get blood drawn to test the baby for down syndrome the doctor told me to go to the lab which I have been to, its on the 1st floor so I go down there after my appointment tell them my name and wait just for the front desk at the lab to tell me to go back to the doctor and get a lab order cause they don't have anything on why they would be drawing blood and turns out I was supposed to go to some lab on 61st the ultrasound tech is super great and the girl that handles the insurance is really helpfull other than that it's just not worth all the trouble of dealing with this… office

I met with Dr. Kirk once and was informed I was currently having a miscarriage. I have since been through 5 months of billing issues due to improper coding. It has been SLOWLY corrected, but not without my babysitting them every step of the way. Originally the charges added up to nearly $1300!!...all because they sent the wrong billing codes to the insurance company! It should never have taken this long and SOOO many follow-up calls to get the correct codes sent in, and there's still one charge they refuse to recode, because there was no mention made in the notes section about my being pregnant. I pay nearly $300/mo. for insurance that covers all this stuff and their negligence has made it nearly impossible to receive the benefits I pay so much for. Unacceptable! I'm quite disappointed with the office staff in this regard.

Love Dr. Kirk and her nurse! Have been going to her for about three years and she just delivered my first child. She always takes the time to listen to your concerns and give her professional opinion. If you have any questions you can always call the office and they get back with you very quickly. During labor and when I was finally dilated to a 9 the nurses at the hospital called her and she was there within 15 minutes. During delivery she was very calm and knew how to keep me focused and determined! Would recommend her to anyone!
