Dr. Mary Ling, MD

Dr Ling ruined my right hand. Simple carpal tunnel release and she nicked the nerves. 12 years later I still have pain. Her lack of concern after was awful. She told me I was statistically insignificant. Horrible woman.

Do NOT go to her.

From start to finish I was disappointed.

Don't believe Northwester medical website reviews. The staff is incredibly uncompassionate and this will translate through your entire experience at the Warrenville facility. When I asked to speak to the doctor I just got referred to the patient advocate. Central DuPage patient advocate was also uncompassionate and could do nothing to resolve the issues.

All I will say is stay away, this is not someone you should trust.

Avoid this facility, they do not care.

This facility and provider should be avoided at all costs. They don't care about you.

Don't go to Northwestern orthopedics and Warrenville I regret I went.

This is not a doctor or facility you want to go to. At Northwestern Medicine in Warrenville the orthopedics department is disorganized, not compassionate and put money above the patient's.
