After suffering from acute rosacea and rhinophyma for more than a decade, I finally discovered Dr. Lupo in 2014. What has transpired since then is nothing short of life changing. Every previous dermatologist (and I've seen dozens) couldn't figure out how to help me and played around the edges of treatment. Dr. Lupo, using a creative combination of medicine and lasers has treated not only the symptoms but the cause. She transformed my unsightly, bulbous and constantly infected nose into a "normal" nose and I've been issue free from more than 6 years now. I have regained confidence and escaped the physical and emotional pain associated with these conditions. I now live out of state, but make it a point to visit Dr. Lupo once a year and if I ever had dermatological problems again, I would immediately hop on a plane to see her. She is that good. For anyone out there, and men especially, don't assume that you have to just "live with" complicated skin conditions. Instead, schedule an… appointment with Dr. Lupo and her colleagues.

10?? The Phenomenal Dr. Mary Lupo, in my opinion, is a renowned Dermatologist, the very best in the NOLA area!!! I first met Dr. Lupo in 2007 when she discovered my WBC was high after an extensive exam she performed, ultimately, resulting in my Lupus diagnosis. Because of her genuine compassion, care, and concern for the wellbeing of her patients, Dr. Lupo saved my life!!! There will never be another Dermatologist I will prefer to seek out in this life time for any Dermatology service!!! She makes me feel warm and safe in her care!!! She treats me like an extension to her family at every visit!!! Dr. Lupo’s office personal have never lacked in being so warm and inviting, All of the ladies provide the extreme best service experience. Ms. Jerry is 1 of her Office personals who is always more than willing to accommodate your every need, and her Office Manager, who has been apart of the staff for over 10 years, ensures that your experience visit is memorable!!! I recently got Botox with Dr. Lupo, it was my first time trying any of the neurotoxins and I was a little apprehensive but Dr. Lupo was completely understanding and allowed me to sit with the numbing on until I couldn't feel anything. She talked me through her process and was very informative. It was quick, easy, and painless! Now my eyebrows and forehead look great. I never noticed how small my eyes looked until I saw my before and after photos. It's like I finally look awake! Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be going back to see her again!

Dr Lupo has been my dermatologist for many years and is the best! She’s thorough, focused on putting the patient first and takes time with her patients! Her expertise has helped me with the overall appearance of my skin as it appears more youthful and with less milia and acne. She has also given me Botox in my jaw for TMJ and I now suffer with fewer headaches, less jaw pain and my jaw angle is healthier and less pronounced. Dr Lupo is a great doctor and even though I have relocated to Baton Rouge I still Drive to NOLA to see her. Her products that include the brightening pads have also helped my skin. She’s also a great teacher and advocate for her patients. Thank you Dr Lupo for the positivity that you have brought into my life!!

I could not be happier with my results! Dr. Lupo subtlety enhanced my features to give me a more youthful look without drastically changing my appearance. She truly brought me back to my younger self and gave me confidence that I have lacked in recent years. She is honest and caring, and most importantly, she spent a lot of time with me, and never made me feel like just another number.

I have been thinking about about fillers for years but was nervous. I did not want to look "done" and did not want go through something painful. I had gone to Dr. Lupo years ago for Botox and loved the results. After a consultation with her, I knew I was ready. She assured me she would make me a better version of myself. I have a long narrow face and I am in my mid 40's. Age and environmental factors have not been kind. She recommended a filler for my lip area and smile lines for some added fullness. I had no down, minimal bruising, and no pain. I feel like I look 30 again! She also advised me on my skin care routine if I wanted to make any changes in the future. Her staff was so kind and assuring. She is a miracle worker with needles and an amazing dermatologist.

As usual, Dr. Lupo is AMAZING. I appreciate her ability to not only evaluate my external skin issues but also utilize her knowledge as Internalist to evaluate the underlying causes of my skin condition. She listens to my concerns and creates skin care plans that addresses my needs with astounding results. I love her!!! My only issue was the incredibly long wait. My appointment was for 3pm and I didn't get in to see her until 4:45pm. So, I took 1 star from my review. However, this is the first time I've had to wait this long and I've been coming to get for 4 years.
