If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. TL;DR: I cannot recommend this provider — unless you truly don’t care about your self-esteem, in which case enter at your own risk. My telehealth session with this provider seemed fine at first, but her visit notes were shocking. They were filled with multiple inaccuracies: she wrote that I lived in Texas and Peru (I have never lived in either), claimed I abused substances I’ve never touched, and described me as having lifelong addiction and mental-health issues despite me explaining clearly that my struggles occurred briefly in my teen years and then three decades later when my mother was dying. She also implied I was “unstable” simply because I’ve traveled internationally for my jewelry business and spiritual retreats, despite having a very stable work history when employed by others. During the session, she asked if I was in special ed after I explained I was a gifted child. Then in her notes, she framed me as “believing” I’m… intelligent — as though I was bragging — and dismissed the gifts and talents I spoke about. The tone of the documentation was judgmental, felt like an AI-generated mashup of what I said and how she thinks, and included a shocking recommendation for psychiatric hospitalization that was never discussed with me and was not appropriate for my situation. In her “notes” she also dismissed my request for proper ADHD evaluation and instead inserted an un-discussed and inaccurate diagnosis into my chart. Reading these notes was extremely upsetting, required significant emotional energy to try to correct, and harmed my trust in mental-health care. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Minnesota Board of Nursing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider to anyone I care about, or to people that care about themselves. I saw this provider in late April of 2025 when she was still employed by Essentia Health in northern MN, Park Rapids.
