Dr. Opara is so knowledgeable, flexible, and kind! I've been seeing her for over 3 years. I trust her with my mental health, and I feel so lucky to have found her! An amazing psychiatrist-- if you are reading this, I highly recommend :)

Dr. Opara is one of the nicest providers that I have ever seen for my mental health illness. I have to go out of the country for 2 years and wanted to leave an awesome review for her before I go. I am surprised at some of the reviews her. I have been seeing her for 7 years and I have never met a psychiatrist with such empathy and caring. She has helped me in so many ways and I am not sure why these reviews but I do know that she is not in support of controlled medications so that might be the problem here.

Mary Opara is the best provider I have ever seen in Georgia. I have seen her for 5 years. She is very caring and compassionate and goes out of her way to make sure me and her other patients are always at their best. I see some negative comments and because I have been seeing her for a long time know the patients are most likely upset about not able to get Xanax and Klonopin from her. On my first visit, I was angry too but when she took her time and explained the long- term side effects and gave me other anxiety medications and also only five Xanax monthly, I was alright with it. She sees my brother, neighbor, and a lady I work with and they all love her. Best advice, if you are looking for a Xanax pill mill doctor, you might not want to go to her.

She had me in tears after telling me our sessions were exhausting. I was the type of client she said, that made her wish she had never become a therapist. At first she seemed caring and engaged, but toward the end she would make hateful comments like, “ I bet you’re a joy to live with.” She did. far, far more ruin to me than she did good. She also rendered me with an improper diagnosis.

We all go through things in life. Some life is harder than others. I know that when I see Dr. Opara I really don't feel like talking but once I walk into the office that feeling goes away. She is a caring doctor. Who wants the best for her patients.
